Our beloved Benson, was owned in Joint partnership with Lesley Lockhart and family. Benson lived with Lesley in Heanor, Derbyshire. Lesley described Benny as" a darling of a dog , I just couldn't imagine living without him."

Our journey with Benson and Lesley was a total pleasure. Lesley and her family didn't have a great interest in showing but they always allowed us to campaign Benson and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We have travelled a great highway together and shared everything along the way and we wouldn't have missed it for the world.

Benson was 11 years old on the 16th April 2008 , his great grandchildren Molly and Jack were born on the 14th April 2007 2 days before his 10th Birthday. Benson got in his favorite chair for a nap a few months later and passed away in his sleep ~ a fitting end for such a wonderful dog.

Benny was a terrific stud dog producing many beautiful characters, great pets and some Show Champions for top Kennels along the way. He has many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren in the show ring today.One of whom was the 2006 Best of Breed winner at Crufts.

Benny boy will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
